SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every imperfection piece begins its journey in my Adelaide studio, then makes its way carefully to wherever you are in the world.

Within Australia

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the size and weight of your chosen piece. Standard domestic shipping is free for orders over $250 (Australia-wide).

International

Yes, my work travels! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. We usually ship internationally via Sendle, but if you prefer another courier, please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

Addresses & Return

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. If a parcel is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, accepted by someone else, or returned because it wasn’t collected, you’ll be responsible for the cost of resending.

If a parcel cannot be returned to us, we’re unfortunately unable to process a refund.

Currency, GST & Taxes

All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. For international orders, please kindly note that your local customs office may apply duties or taxes. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipient and payable upon delivery.

We hope you love your piece as much as we loved creating it. As each piece is individually handcrafted, we appreciate your understanding that returns or exchanges for change of mind are not available. Returns are only accepted if incorrect items were shipped. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Our priority is to provide a replacement; if that isn’t possible, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund.

Every order is packed with care, but in the unfortunate case that something arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us work with the courier and resolve the issue quickly, please kindly provide photos showing:

• The damaged piece

• The packaging and shipping label

We’ll do our best to arrange a replacement, or refund if that’s not possible.
